MET01: Normalizing Motion of the Pelvis Using Muscle Energy Technique

This is the entry-level course for professional study. Basic concepts of Muscle Energy Technique are presented including how to identify and treat sacroiliac joint restrictions caused by the action of the innominates (OS COXAE) upon the sacrum. (Do you know anyone who hasn't experienced low back pain?) You also learn to release restrictions of the hip joints by addressing the muscles that cross over that joint. |
